    Descriptive info: 12/2/2013.. ICUEE Attendee Ratings Hit All-Time High; Survey Helps Exhibitors Plan for 2015.. ICUEE attendee ratings hit an all-time high in 2013, with 98 percent of attendees saying the value of ICUEE 2013 was good to excellent.. The question was first asked in 2007.. Attendees also gave ICUEE 2013 a strong 4.. 3 value rating (on a scale of 1 to 5).. The industry average is 3.. 7.. In addition, 82 percent of attendees indicated they will definitely or probably attend the next ICUEE in 2015.. AEM provided ICUEE exhibitors with the results of the survey to help them plan for the next event.. Attendees ranked their top reasons for coming to ICUEE as:.. To see new products.. To see a specific company.. To meet with technical experts.. To network with peers.. To find solutions to a problem.. A fast-growing number of attendees also said they came for education and personal development opportunities.. As with past shows, the majority of ICUEE 2013 attendees were men over the age of 45.. However, the percentage of age 45-plus attendees fell significantly in 2013, but with no drop in purchasing authority.. For 56 percent of attendees, it was their first time at ICUEE, a  ...   company.. Of those who plan to exhibit at ICUEE 2015, 30 percent said they will increase their budgets, and 13 percent said they will take more space.. ICUEE exhibitors provided the following verbatim comments:.. As our first show, it was all about brand recognition for us.. We hit the bull s-eye with this show.. Most folks use our products and because they were networking, would tell others about our product during the show.. We generated around $600,000 worth of leads.. Great networking with our customer base, good leads on potential business.. The show gave us the opportunity to get approximately 800 operators into the seat of one of our machines..
